My wife and I both read this book and loved it. I'm not much of a dog person although my wife is. I really enjoyed it just because of the story. I also liked Marley and Me although that dog was on the weird side. Baxter wasn't because he was just a nice little dog who liked to make people happy. My wife loved the story and could connect personally because she/we have had a variety of dogs over the years. I'm a retired teacher and my students and I would always cry at the end of reading the book, Where the Red Fern Grows. Any book or movie that stirs your emotions works for me, and so does Butterfly Wings.Product details
